How can a name be a Mary Sue name? The name means nothing. It’s really only there so you’re not calling your character it/she/her.

You could actually name a character Mary Sue but unless it’s written very badly and like a Mary Sue I will not consider it a Mary Sue.

I focus on the writing rather then the name and small details I have no control over. -A
